Radiochemistry Division

Our Division is a meeting place and connection platform for anyone working with radioisotopes in Australia and beyond. Our student, academic, government and industry members engage in a broad range of roles and positions having diverse career paths.

Our purpose

Our Radiochemistry Division was created to:

  • Promote the unique value and use of radiochemistry and radioanalytical techniques in providing modern real-world solutions and opportunities across all areas of chemistry and scientific endeavours
  • Provide networking opportunities and support for scientists working in the radiochemistry field, throughout all stages of their career
  • Assist our members with career and personal development opportunities
  • Improve the public perception and understanding of radioactivity to include both the risk and benefits
