13th Australasian Organometallics Meeting - OZOM13

 

The Organising Committee warmly welcomes you to attend the 13th Australasian Organometallics Meeting (OZOM13) in Cairns, Queensland.
Monday 11 July to Thursday 14 July 2022.  


In maintaining the previous tradition of these successful meetings, OZOM13 will have its focus on presentations from students and early career researchers, and possibly be supported by a small number of invited distinguished national/international speakers.

The face-to-face conference will be centered towards all of the various aspects of fundamental and applied organometallic chemistry, including:

  • Organometallic chemistry of main, transition, and, lanthanoid elements
  • Structure and reactivity
  • Catalysis
  • Asymmetric synthesis
  • Theoretical chemistry
  • Bio-organometallic chemistry
  • Application of organometallic complexes in life science
  • Application of organometallic complexes in materials science
  • Synthetic chemistry

The event will open on Monday 11 July in the late afternoon with an introductory talk only then close at midday on the Thursday 14 July to enable delegates to return home. 

The event will focus on student talks (no poster sessions involved) and invited speaker presentations - plus we will have a small session of 5 minutes flash presentations.
