RACI-AT-SIG Allergen Detection Methodologies for Food Allergen Management Webinar
Date: Wednesday, August 17, 2022
Time: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
Venue: ZOOM
The RACI Analytical and Environmental Chemistry Group proudly present the first joint RACI-AT-SIG Allergen Detection Methodologies for Food Allergen Management Webinar. Allergen detection methodologies are an integral part of food allergen enforcement/compliance activities. With the upcoming FAO/WHO recommendations on Risk-based Food Allergen Management, there is a need to review the current analytical status and new developments in the allergen methodologies. This webinar endeavours to address the current analytical capability of meeting recommended allergen reference doses, and analytical challenges that are unique to detecting allergen residues in processed foods. Our presenters are experts with many years of experience in method development and food allergen analyses.
