Next Webinar in the series: 2 December 2020
The RACI PhysChem division will be hosting seven webinars covering topics across physical and computational chemistry over the last quarter of 2020 on a Wednesday from 1:00 - 2:30 pm (Melb/Sydney time), consisting of 1 hr of talks with interactive chat (Q&A) followed by breakout rooms. Talk titles, abstracts and Zoom link will be distributed on Monday the week of the webinars for early registrants, and at 12 noon for late registrants.
Our next webinar in the series will be, on 2 December,"Intermolecularforces for DFT" presented by Dr Lars Goerigk, Dr Tim Gould and Nisha Mehta.

Next year we are planning two events for our RACI PhysChem community:
- Meredith Jordan is planning a series of career development workshops in the fortnight 11-22 January 2021 to assist with writing grants, promotions, job applications,performance summaries etc. Details to be determined but the inclusion of a workshop on ROPE (relative to opportunity performance evaluation summary) particularly with respect to COVID is confirmed. Watch this space!!
- Commencing in March, we are looking forward to a series of Getting Started and masterclass sessions of Computational and Theoretical Chemistry, which will be open to all RACI members.
There is a single registration process for all webinars for simplicity.
A significant reduction to the webinar costs for non-members has been implemented; $15 for students and $30 for non-students for all seven sessions.
