Event Title: Global Breakfast 2021 – South Australia
The RACI SA Branch Women in Chemistry Group invites all RACI members and colleagues to join in IUPAC Global Women’s Breakfast 2021, “Empowering Diversity in Science”.
For a COVID-safe event, we are offering two registration options:
Register to attend the face-to-face event at https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/iupac-global-women-in-chemistry-breakfast-tickets-130540733849. Please register by Wednesday February 3rd for catering purposes. (Individual breakfast boxes need to be pre-ordered from our caterer for a COVID-safe event.)

Keynote speaker, Prof. Emily Hilder, Chief of Maritime Division, DST Group, will present a keynote address followed by short presentations from:
· Sally Birch – CSIRO Mineral Resources – XRF method development
· Kellie Taylor – EP Analysis – chemical analysis and entrepreneurship
· Courtney De Vries – University of South Australia – pharmaceutical science
Presentations aim to show some of the variety in chemistry in SA and career pathways that can lead from chemistry. A light breakfast will be included. RACI members and colleagues, regardless of gender, are encouraged to attend this event as it offers an opportunity to support member networks and develop professional skills.
Where: Allan Scott Auditorium, Hawke Building, University of South Australia, 55 North Terrace Adelaide.
