Build the capacity to foster inclusion and advocate for diversity via this 3-part seminar series the second offering in our Diversity and Inclusion seminar series.
Hear from trainer Bree Gorman, who will take us through how to create inclusive workplaces.
This workshop will empower RACI Members to become inclusive leaders by teaching you the impact of identity and providing you with the ability to recognise barriers. Most importantly Bree will teach you the tools to be a true ally and how to advocate in your workplace.
At completion you will be able to:
1. Understand the impacts of identity
2. Identify and challenge bias
3. Advocate for change
