In case you missed it, the latest update to RACI By-Laws no longer require Branches, and Divisions to hold to an Annual General Meeting (AGM)—my understanding is this is because, in accordance with the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 (Victoria), only the RACI holds an AGM per se.

The RACI Board's recent updates to our By-Laws state: -

By-law 26 DIVISION COMMITTEE MEETINGS

26.1. A Division Committee shall meet at least once every three months. The meeting may be physical, virtual or a hybrid. Divisions are encouraged to make one of these meetings a general meeting of all Division members.

Albeit with National Group Committee stated instead of Division Committee, which I believe is a typographical error and have provided feedback to the CEO, RACI By-Law 25.1 includes the following amongst the responsibilities of a Division Committee: -

• hold and record National GroupDivision Committee meetings. No Annual General Meeting (AGM) is required, however National GroupDivision Committees must meet at least once every three months, with one meeting to finalise the appointment of committee members.
  
  

I fully accept it is a minor distinction to make. However, as I feel it has likely passed a few other people's notice too, I thought it worthwhile drawing attention to the updated By-Laws clearly disambiguating that only one AGM is held by the RACI and it is for all of its members.
