The activity originated from a single member's personal account that had been accessed without authorisation. RACI took immediate action to secure the RACI systems, including reviewing access permissions and contacting the member.
At this stage, there is no evidence that RACI's broader member systems, community platform, or member database have been compromised, nor is there any indication that other member accounts have been affected. Our platform provider, Higher Logic, has advised that there is no evidence of a system-wide security breach, and the incident appears to be isolated to the affected account.
