The International Symposium on the Chemistry of Natural Products is the longest-running IUPAC conference.
The inaugural meeting of this series took place in Australia in 1960, and it featured no fewer than 5 Nobel prize winners: Alexander Todd, Robert Robinson, Robert Woodward, Derek Barton and John Cornforth.
It’s exciting to have this prestigious meeting return to Australia in 2025.
The 32nd IUPAC International Symposium on the Chemistry of Natural Products (ISCNP), held in conjunction with the 12th IUPAC International Congress on Biodiversity (ICOB), will bring together experts from around the world to discuss the latest developments in natural products research.
Scientific themes will include:
- Isolation & structure elucidation;
- Total synthesis & synthetic methodology;
- Biosynthesis;
- Synthetic biology;
- Chemical ecology;
- Biologically active molecules & medicinal chemistry;
- Informatics & artificial intelligence
The RACI NSW Natural Products Group Symposium 2025 will be proudly held in conjunction with this meeting.
