The RACI SA Branch is excited to host the State Heat of the first Joint ACS Australia–RACI 3MT Competition in Chemical Sciences.
This competition is open to Honours, Masters and PhD students in chemical sciences, where we invite those who are studying at SA universities to enter our State Heat at the Macbeth Lecture Theatre, UoA.
The winner and runner-up will progress to the (online) National Finals, hosted by the Australian Chapter of ACS, in December for a chance to win great prizes:
· 1st Prize: $500
· 2nd Prize: $300
· 3rd Prize: $100
· Certificates for all finalists
Participants have three minutes to tell the story of their research to a general audience, using only a single, static slide for support - more details about the rules here.
Entries are open to all qualifying students, no ACS or RACI membership is required to participate in this event.
