Natural and Synthetic Products in Our Lives
This year’s workshop has a variety of activities that relate to the SACE Stage 2 Chemistry course and are focussed on different natural and synthetic materials and processes that make use of them.

There will be a presentation by Dr Andrew Camilleri on newer methods of forensic analysis and updates on those analytical methods relevant to the current subject outline.

There will be three hands-on practical sessions and discussion sessions related to the teaching of SACE Stage 2 Chemistry.

There is a potential site visit to a biopharmaceutical research, development and production facility, stay tuned for more details.

Please bring a lab coat, safety glasses and your name tag.
Enclosed shoes must be worn for the laboratory sessions.

Come along and enjoy the face-to-face professional development and networking with colleagues from other schools. If there is a Stage 2 Chemistry teacher new to your school, please pass on this information to them.

Register by midnight 3 December to avoid disappointment!
