Thanks for reaching out- if you want to reply to a discussion you'll first need to click on the discussion you're wanting to contribute to, and then on the top right hand corner there will be a button the says 'reply'- this will allow you to continue in that thread.
In regards to renewals- I'm sorry you had some difficulties. We did have some technical issues that were affecting our website from Friday until yesterday so this could have contributed to the problems you were experiencing. You shouldn't have this same issue next year.
If you have a look at your profile, under what could be either your photo or your initials, there is a pencil next to the text 'ACCESS AND UPDATE YOUR MEMBERSHIP/CONTACT DETAILS' when you click this link it will open up your membership account. When renewals have been processed, there will be a blue button that appears on the right hand side of the screen that says renew now and will add your membership renewal to the cart for you to pay. We'd be glad to assist you with this process next year should you need.

Hi, Folks.
I was just looking at the discussion about annual membership renewal.
I can't figure out how to add to the previous discussion, so I have to start a new thread.
I also had a problem with the web page, in that after I logged in, the renewal button did not appear on my computer screen. I had to call (from overseas) and give the office my credit card number.
Another problem with communications is that the RACI emails just have blank spaces where graphics such as log, photos, etc. should be. Though that could be because they are in some sort of coding that our Microsoft 365Mail system thinks is naughty, and blocks ……?
