Are there any students studying or working in the Electrochemistry field who would be interested and open to volunteering and assisting us with producing some resources for school students?
This would look like either sending a short story about what you do (along with a photo of yourself), or perhaps recording a short video that can be uploaded onto the RACI youtube channel and shared. Feedback from our Teacher Advisory Group has been that students need to be able to see people like themselves and hear their stories to connect, especially with our younger cohort. You would be essentially selling the profession to kids who may be in the early stages of deciding what their future careers may look like.
We will be slowly working our way through the various RACI divisions, so if this is of interest to you, but you're not focused on electrochemistry please let me know and I'll reach out once we start working on your relevant area.
