    Greetings! I'm Dr. Nisha Mehta. I want to share a bit about myself with you all. I was born with Albinism, which means I'm 'legally blind'. But please know, that's just a part of who I am, not the whole story. Professionally, I'm a research scientist with a stellar track record. Over the years, I've had the privilege of receiving more than 26 prestigious awards and honors for my work.

    Recently, I've made Australia my home as a permanent resident. I've relocated from Israel due to the ongoing state of war there. Now, I'm eager to establish myself here. My expertise spans across various research institutions and industries. I'm particularly well-suited for roles involving coding, computational modeling, simulations, administration, patent attorney, teaching, software development, data analysis, and more.

    Fun fact: I've successfully completed all lab courses as part of my Masters and Honors in Chemistry. Roles like lab technician or in research and development, where direct chemical exposure isn't required, also align well with my skills and expertise.

    Oh, and here's the best part: I don't require any special accommodations. Just give me a dark corner and a Mac, and I'm all set to impress you with my skills.

    Looking forward to contributing to our community!

    PhD Scholarship – Frontier Materials, Deakin University (Burwood Campus)

    @Fangfang Chen's LinkedIn post states: -

    "This Australia Research Council (ARC) funded Discovery Project aims to design and implement novel poly(ionic liquid) (PolyIL) electrolytes in high-performance solid-state sodium batteries. This project is devoted to a novel class of polymer electrolytes (PE), in which PolyIL is used as the host for a metal salt as an alternative to conventional neutral polymer hosts. Exceptionally, these PolyILs achieve higher ionic conductivities at higher salt concentrations (forming PolyIL-in-salt electrolytes) through a unique transport mechanism for the target ion, which differentiates them from conventional polymer electrolytes."

    Please contact Dr @Fangfang Chen or Prof. @Maria Forsyth for more about this exciting opportunity.
