We have been made aware of a scam email currently in circulation with the subject line "Streamlined Recruitment of Members and Job Seekers with the RACI Career Center." Please delete this email immediately if you receive it, as it was not sent by the Royal Australian Chemical Institute (RACI).

Thank you to our vigilant members who brought this to our attention. If you receive any emails that you suspect might be scams, please verify the sender. All official communications from us will have an @raci.org.au email address. You can also forward suspicious emails to info@raci.org.au for verification. Please avoid opening any attachments if you are uncertain of the email's origin.

Thanks for resharing this information, as the message I received was sufficiently convincing for several colleagues to click through to look at the pricing and ask me questions.

The fact it appears to piggyback of the official URL by including a preceding domain, as well as linking to many bona fide pages, makes it harder to pick out as an obvious scam.
