Great idea, @Harry Morris Rodriguez and great to see my fellow National Office colleagues being recognised for their hard work!
I would personally like to give a big shoutout to @Nathan Curnow for his incredible work in the education space. We all know how little time teachers have these days, yet Nathan always makes himself available to assist me in my 'Education & Outreach' efforts. His support has been invaluable, allowing me to bounce ideas off him, no matter how crazy or ridiculous they may seem. Nathan's dedication and willingness to help truly make a difference, and I am immensely grateful for his contributions. Thank you, Nathan, for being such a fantastic collaborator!

Subject: Shall we start a Kudos Thread?
I believe publicly giving kudos is important for three reasons:
1) It will foster engagement in the Community.
2) It will boost the morale of the Community.
3) Indirectly, members who have a similar problem would know whom to reach out to.
I'll start.
I would like to give huge kudos to Robyn Lewis (RACI Events). I had a problem with my registration for an upcoming RACI-WA event. The system was asking me to pay the regular RACI member price, when I am a RACI student member. Robyn responded to my email promptly. Extra mile: she registered me herself. I didn't have to do anything to close the issue.
I would also like to give huge kudos to Peter Gostelow (RACI Member Services). I joined RACI about a month ago, and it was bad timing because of the ongoing transition to the new website. I received an email telling me that I will be transitioned to Early Career Chemist because I have recently graduated (I wish I had but I haven't yet). I emailed member@raci.org.au about this issue among others (finding stuff in the new website). Peter resolved my problem. Extra mile: he called me to explain what happened and the steps he did to fix the issue.
Thank you, Robyn and Peter!
Final thoughts:
1) Maybe we can make this more special by opening the thread once a week? Perhaps we can call it: Kudos Mondays. Just a suggestion.
2) I'm excited to hear success stories about how RACI members have helped each other. E.g. help with an analysis or instrumentation problem, help with job application, etc.
Cheers,
Harry (final year PhD student, Curtin)
