“Future of Science” Public Lecture with Cathy Foley

Hosted by RACI President, Pall Thordarson, Cathy Foley, Australia’s Chief Scientist will give a public lecture at 5 pm, Thursday 4th July, Lecture Theatre 1130, Abercrombie St Business School at the University of Sydney. 

The title of the lecture is:

“Future of Science”

In the lecture she will cover: 

• Emerging science topics and how they will change how we “do” science
• What this means for scientists so our work is trusted
• STEM career pathways and how we assess ourselves
• What it means to have national science and research priorities
